During this session we will first welcome you into our retreat studio where there will be an opportunity to be creative as we set intentions for the session. Connecting as a group, with our signature cacao ceremony, we will guide you to set powerful intentions using crystals. Moving into our sound studio, you will rest comfortably on a mattress, pillow, and weighted blanket, as you are surrounded by the gentle sounds of our planetary & elemental gongs and Alchemy crystal singing bowls.
